Dr. Lauren Barry is a 2007 veterinarian graduate from the University of Liverpool, England.

Dr. Ann Ichikawa brings more than three decades of veterinary experience to our team. A proud graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (Class of 1992), she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families.

Dr. Rachel Oberschelp is a proud graduate of the University of Glasgow, Scotland with a strong passion for small animal practice and a special interest in feline medicine.

Jill supports our team full time and has a background in pet rehab care. Jill has a senior dog - Cee Cee who is a Catahoula Pit mix. At work she enjoys making connections with our clients to provide the best care for their pets. Fun fact - Jill likes to Karaoke to 80's hair rock bands!

Jamie has been part time with us for several years. She is a licensed Veterinary Nurse Technician (RVT) and loves spoiling her senior dogs Savannah, Gigi, Suzy and new pup to the family - Chauncy. Her dogs have their own social media page.

Heidi has been part of our Baker Ranch Animal Hospital team since 2021, bringing with her a wonderfully diverse career background. She’s cared for wolves at a sanctuary, assisted with animal care at a zoo, and now dedicates her skills to supporting our patients every day.

Hello! My name is Jana. I've been an RVT for 8 years and involved in the veterinary field for over 20 years. I have worked with everything from dogs and cats to cattle and horses.

Angie is a veterinary technician assistant with over 10 years of experience in the animal care field. She began as a kennel assistant and has grown her skills through multiple roles.

Teresa is one of our two receptionists. She comes with a wealth of experience in this role and having worked with animals for most of her career.

Nicky came to us with a passion for helping animals and a background in retail and customer service. She has recently enrolled in college to become a registered veterinary technician - and we are thrilled to support her with gaining skills on that journey.

Hi! I’m Mikela. I’ve spent 9 years in the animal industry, specializing in client services for the last 7. Although I support the Baker Ranch team as a dedicated remote staff member, my heart is right there in the clinic with you and your pets.
